New on Artist's We Love: Loza Rose
Coming this April, one of our developing artists; Loza Rose, will be releasing her first single “Excuses”. Since last year, she has been working on her own music; writing songs, practicing vocals and training herself for performances for this summer. Starting in April she will not only be releasing “Excuses”, but also another unreleased song, merchandise, and possibly a local show in NJ. As a hometown hero from Hackensack, NJ, we hope her music will inspire, and prosper in today’s streaming market. If you do not know of her, let’s change that. Here’s a little bit more about the aspiring artist:
She started singing at the age of 7, but didn't start professionally singing for an audience until she was 15. Some of her idols for songwriting and performance can be attributed to Demi Lovato, Christina Aguilera, Kesha, Whitney Houston, and Selena. Loza Rose describes her music as “unique and inspirational” while her sound can be found in Indie Pop. Her range in music however, does not stop at just that, but also can be heard in Electronic and Latin Pop. She hopes to one day hear her music on local radio stations, Spanish clubs and perform at benefit concerts.
As a musician she finds that song writing is her way of escaping her difficult past. Loza sometimes hopes that her music will help those who don't have the sense of ‘family’, and give people the inspiration to liberate themselves. This year she will be releasing a few songs that fall under this description, as well as some other singles available in countries worldwide. Loza adds; “I want to give back to the world that same feeling that musicians give me when I listen to their music. That sense of empowerment and emotional conflict you hear is just beautiful”.
