Make "Summer Daze" Bump - A Music Story on Loza Rose & Make It Bump

Today is a special day for East Coast music fans, not just because it’s Friday, but also for the new song that was just put out this morning at 12 am. Loza Rose & Make It Bump just released a remix of “Summer Daze”, which in many ways is a different animal compared to the first.

At first listen, you’re introduced to M.I.B.’s classic house kick drum intro, which sets the mood for the party dance track. This is followed by a catchy summer bass line, insane electronic bass drops, and a feel good attitude that will keep you wanting to replay it. Their remix features many elements of the Brazilian Bass House genre, and incorporates this style flawlessly. On the other hand, some parts of the original were taken out, which isn’t a subtractor, but only helps the song reach it’s true potential.

As the story goes, Make It Bump sent over this remix within 24 hours after hearing the original tune by Loza Rose, and finished it within that week. As Alexander Bernabe Jr. (DJ AJ of Make It Bump) said; “The original track was a great and catchy tune, but to me it lacked a high-energy danceable vibe. We’ve been experimenting with Brazilian Bass House elements in our productions lately, and we decided to combine both elements from the original track as well as Brazilian Bass sounds to give it the vibe that we envisioned it having.” With more tracks hopefully on the way for the group, this song is a great starter to bring them back into the music world. Make It Bump started a few years ago, and still are bumping their remixes and playlists at clubs and branded concerts like HyperGlow. The two artists are based out of New Jersey, so it’s not so far fetched that they would work together. However, it’s truly fascinating how the two connected over social media, agreed to work together, and created a song that has a quality sound, feel, and emotion.

Shorty after the song was sent for distribution, both Loza Rose and Louis Elton (manager) spoke about a planned music video for the original tune. Once the discussion reached the remix, a new plan was set to shoot a video with Make It Bump, and release a video for it. A few days ago, the Loza crew finished production on Summer Daze: The Music Video, and is now on it’s way to the editing booth. On set last Sunday, one of the cast members, Rogelio Capote (Rodeo Vibe), stated “I’d be surprised if this doesn’t go platinum”. In itself it’s a huge compliment, not just because he’s a fan, but also for his interest and skill in music production.

It’s currently August 23, 2019, and Loza Rose has so much in store for her fans. “This past year has been absolutely insane. And my fans are in store for a lot more! I would be nothing without my support system, team, and the love of my fans. So stay tuned, cause we got more music and a music video coming your way! Thank you so much and I love you guys!”
